Frequently Asked Questions

Services and apps can charge for their subscriptions through third parties. To find out how much you've paid for them, we recommend searching here:

Google Play subscriptions

To check if you have any active subscriptions, click on Profile in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions

Apple subscription

To check if you have any active subscriptions, click on Phone settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions

Other

You can check if you have any regular transactions missing from your bank account in payment history.

Also search your e-mail inbox for payments or subscription confirmations.

Payments for apps can also be made through your operator, you can find these on your monthly billing.

Before canceling any subscription, it is always necessary to first find out whether the subscription is charged directly or uses a third party that handles payments and refunds for it (most often Google, Apple).

You can find this out from the payment confirmation or bank statement, which will state who deducted the money, or look at the terms and conditions of the service/application for which you want to cancel the subscription.

If the subscription is charged directly by the service/application, you can usually cancel it directly on their website or in the application. If you find out that the subscription is charged through a third party, you need to follow the instructions for canceling the subscription of this third party. Most often, these will be Google and Apple. Instructions for managing subscriptions purchased through Google can be found here and for Apple here.

If your subscription is billed directly by the service/app, you can usually cancel it directly on their website or in the app.

On the main page, click the "Add a Subscription" button, where you can name it and set the parameters.

You can enter a custom name for your subscription, as well as the subscription price, renewal frequency, and payment method.

You can add a color stick to your subscriptions and add a label for future filtering too.

On the login page, enter your email address that you used during registration and click Forgot Password.

We will send you a newly generated password to your e-mail.

You can change this generated password to your own in the Settings tab after you login.

After logging in, find the subscription you no longer want to track in the Subscriptions tab and click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner. This will take you to editing.

Here you can edit the subscription or delete it completely.

Caution! Removal or any editing in ChargeSum will not make any changes to your existing subscription. You can do this exclusively with the given provider under their terms and conditions.

Yes, in the Subscriptions tab, find the one you want to change and click on the pencil icon in the upper right corner. This will take you to editing this subscription.

You can change both the price and the renewal frequency, or remove it from tracking.
